Essential Security

The essential security package includes EDR+NGAV, MXDR, SIEM with 30 days of searchable data and limited add-ons, and GRC. As well as SOAR including 5 custom playbooks and SASE excluding SSL inspection, static IPs, cloud gateway connections, and multi-engine download scanning.

Advanced Security

The advanced security package includes EDR+NGAV, MXDR, SIEM with 90 days of searchable data, LZT and GRC. As well as SOAR with unlimited custom playbooks and SASE including 1 static IP, 1 cloud gateway connection, and multi-engine download scanning available as an add-on.

Complete Security

The complete security package includes EDR+NGAV, MXDR, SIEM with 1 year of searchable data, LZT and GRC. As well as SOAR with unlimited custom playbooks and SASE including 2 static IPs, unlimited cloud gateway connections, and multi-engine download scanning.

Endpoint Detection & Response + Next-Gen Anti-Virus (EDR+NGAV): Includes malware protection, malicious behavior protection, as well as memory threat and ransomware protection.
Managed Extended Detection & Response (MXDR): Includes SIEM + Identity threat detection & response (XDR+ITDR), network detection & response (NDR), named detection & response account manager, and 24/7 Slack or MS Teams access. Requires use of SIEM and EDR, either through us or a third-party provider.
Managed Cloud Security Information & Event Management (SIEM): Includes searchable data up to a year, a cold data add-on (1-7 years), threat detection, investigation, & response (TDIR), ML powered anomaly detection, managed detection tuning & rules, integrated threat alliance, 50+ SIEM ingestion sources, as well as custom reports & dashboards. Add-ons include a firewall, a public cloud, and a generic SYSLOG.
Secure Access Service Edge (SASE): Includes access to 40+ global points of presence, autobahhn, openVPN, & IPSec protocols, agent SSO with MFA, next-gen firewall, secure DNS proxy, and web proxy. As well as content filtering, SSL inspection, static IPs, cloud gateway connections (IPSEC Tunnel), multi-engine download scanning, and included mobile devices based on package.
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC): Includes NIST CSF control framework and policy templates & management.
Zero-Trust Segmentation (LZT): Only available for Windows OS, includes location awareness and unlimited exclusion creation.
Security Orchestration, Automation & Response (SOAR): Includes automated response actions for Office365, Endpoint, and Google Workspace, as well as recommended and custom playbooks for included integrations.
